Stila In The Light Palette

22:59

I bought my first Stila product at last, after a few months of wandering around the Stila counter and picking up the In The Light palette only to put it back, I decided to treat myself this pay day. It has a broad spectrum of beiges and brown neutrals with shimmer shades quite like the stunning Bobbi Brown Sandpalette that was available in Summer.

Most people describe it as the perfect day to evening palette, with Bare as a primer colour, Kitten looking gorgeous in the inner corners and centre lid, Bliss (my personal favourite) as a matte all over shade,Sandstone as a coco, mid-brown that looks good paired with Sunset and Bubbly for an extra special every day eye and the blue-slate Night Sky that looks lovely patted over Ebony for a smoky eye. You also get a full sized smudge stick eye liner in Damsel, which is a muted deep brown that sets nicely once applied or smudged to your liking.

I've never tried Stila eye shadows before, but I can see why they are marketed as award-winning and the quality shows with how pigmented and easy to blend they are. What I love most is that it comes with a look booklet to get you started which can be so helpful if you struggle finding eye looks. In conclusion I think £25 for ten good sized quality eye shadows in flattering colours and different finishes is pretty damn barganious.

Do you own this palette?
